Sale of leftover food at Kerava upper secondary school

Leftover food is sold at Kerava upper secondary school. Lunch is served during the school’s opening hours on weekdays from 12 to 12:30.

The food on offer is eaten on site. The amount of food varies from day to day, and not all menu items necessarily have leftovers. If there is no leftover food, a notice about this will be posted at the front doors.

Leftover food is paid for with food vouchers that can be purchased at the Sampola customer service point. The price of one food voucher is 2.20 euros, and vouchers are sold in bundles of ten. Food vouchers are valid indefinitely. Old food vouchers sold previously are still valid.

Park meals during the summer

During the school summer holidays, the city offers a free soup or casserole lunch for all children and young people under the age of 16 in Kerava.

All foods are lactose-free and nut-free, but other special diets are not observed. The menu rotation is three weeks.

You do not need to sign up for park meals. Bring your own plate, spoon and mug or water bottle. The park meal includes a main course and water. For a heavier lunch, bring your own sandwich from home.
