Nasiha mai kyau

Kuna buƙatar tallafi don fara motsa jiki, ƙalubalen cin abinci ko murmurewa? Kuna so ku sami jagorar kowane mutum don salon rayuwar ku?

Jagorar jin daɗin rayuwa jagora ce ta rayuwa kyauta da kuma shawarar motsa jiki ga manya masu nakasa. Tsawon lokacin sabis ɗin ya bambanta daga ziyarar lokaci ɗaya zuwa jagoranci na tsawon shekara, an yarda da tarurruka da hanyoyin tuntuɓar a farkon shawarwarin. Ana aiwatar da sabis ɗin a cibiyar kula da lafiya ta Kerava da ɗakin jin daɗin ɗakin wasan ninkaya.

Za a fara aikin a Kerava a watan Mayu 2024. Koma zuwa sabis ta hanyar mai ba da lafiya ko tuntuɓi mai ba da shawara na lafiya.
