Erasmus+ programme

Kerava general upper secondary school is an accredited Erasmus+ institution. Erasmus+ is the European Union’s programme for education, training, youth and sport. The EU Erasmus+ programme provides young people, students and adults with opportunities for internationalisation and funding for education, studies or training abroad. The programme also offers educational institutions and organisations the opportunity to collaborate with international partners. The programme promotes learning mobility of pupils, students, teachers and trainers as well as cooperation, inclusion, excellence, creativity and innovation of organisations in the education sector.

The Erasmus+ programme for 2021-2027 places special emphasis on inclusion, digitalisation, environmental friendliness and participation in society.

In Finland, the Erasmus+ programme is administered by the Finnish National Agency for Education.
