Contact information for employment services
From 1st January 2025, Kerava and Sipoo form a joint employment area, for which Kerava is acting as the responsible municipality. From the beginning of 2025, jobseekers and companies from Kerava and Sipoo will be served at five service points.
Employment services serve jobseekers, businesses and employers in Kerava and Sipoo at several customer service points. Service points are open both by appointment and without a scheduled appointment during service desk opening hours. Ohjaamo One-Stop Guidance Centres only serve under 30-year-old clients.
NOTE! Do not send personal information or specially protected information, such as health information, via email to employment services. If you need to submit such information to employment services, please submit a contact request via the E services of Job Market Finland, so that your responsible expert can open a secure email connection for you.

The employment services’ advisory points and telephone services will operate with exceptional opening hours during summer 2025.
