Youth housing

The city does not own student or youth housing. If you are a student, you can apply for a rental home from the city or other landlords that offer rental housing. The Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region (HOAS) does not accept applications from students studying in educational institutions in Kerava or the surrounding municipalities of Helsinki.

If you are aged between 18 to 29, you can apply for a rental home in the houses of the Youth Foundation (Nuorisoliitto) and the Youth Housing Association (Nuorisoasuntoliitto) in Kerava.
